Hi there! I'm Abigail Martens, a professional doula. I am a mother of three residing in rural Iowa. I help women build confidence, awareness, and become self-advocates by providing coping mechanisms, resources, and education.
Services

Birth Plan Education Course - $300
Just the basics, includes: sample labor plan, one on one phone conference for labor plan education, review of completed labor plan with patient advocacy tips

Virtual Doula Support - $700
Includes: 2 prenatal appointments and one postpartum, plus everything in package 1. Doula will not be present during labor. This plan puts a heavy focus on teaching the birthing partner to support the mother.

Virtual Doula Support Through Labor -$1100
Includes: everything in package 2, plus Doula is available virtually throughout labor

In Person Doula Support - $1600
Includes: everything in package 2, plus Doula is available in person throughout labor.

Lactation Support - $300
Add on package, includes: Lactation appointment in person at hospital for package 4 and virtually for packages 1, 2, or 3.
